work was quiet because most people weren't there. it was nice. it took me a bit to get settled in.
but i am feeling ok. sometimes great; sometimes not so good. but it is better than feeling like the world is going to end. guess pdoc will be upping some meds or something. probably the mood stabilizer.
i'm up prepping to make lasagna, chili, minestrone soup. and i need to do some work and some housework.
