i got a dog...

a mentally unbalanced neighbor who doesn't seem to be taking her meds and seems to be self medicating with alcohol gave me her dog. i'm not sure what i was thinking saying yes, but well i never thought the woman treated the sweet little girl well. the dog always seemed hyper and anxious. but she has been anything but that here with me.

and, yes, she's wearing doggie panties--she has a nervous peeing habit, you go to pet her and she rolls over on her back and tinkles a little on herself. we'll have to work on that.
