bit anxious to go to work

didn't go yesterday. lamictal made me nauseous so i woke up tring toheave out my stomach lining (as that was all that was in my tummy). i'm not sleeping well but found i do feel more energized. i don't feel energetic; i just don't feel like i will need a bulldozer to drag my azz around. just getting rid of the physical weariness is monumental--it makes the world seem a bit brighter.

but i find myself still saying "i am soooo tired" and lying in the bed. and i thought about it and realized that i actually meant psychologically weary.

but today will be another jam packed day-work, teach, then try to drive 20 minutes to see my bro who happens to be in town for a few days. haven't seen him sincce he graduated navy boot camp. he's on this kick to try to get my father's kids to be one big happy family. i feel for him; like me he is desperate for a happy, cohesive family. but i ahve resigned myself to the fact that i won't find it with anyone that shares dna with me. he's still trying and i don't want to see him be disappointed.

ah well. no use thinking about these things before work--makes it harder to leave the apt.

welbutrin had the same effect on me but i'm told by others who stuck with it that it will soon pass. you'll know what it's like to have restful sleep, which is obviously a victory in and of itself.
