i started typing a post to explain, to kind of catch everyone up and to kind of clarify things in my head before my appointment witht eh dr. next week. but i found the more i typed the more hopeless and helpless i felt. so i stopped. i may end up in that dark place anyway, but it seems there is no need for me to go running towards it.
