ok i freaking admit it...

i ahve been having trouble remembering to take the pm dosage of the mood stabilizer. so i went to the site to see if it is standardly given 1x day or 2x day and what to do if missed. here's what they say:

What happens if I miss a dose?

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the dose you missed and take only the next regularly scheduled dose. Do not take a double dose of this medication.

What the hell consitutes almost time? if it's 2 doses a day, is 3 hours before the nextr scheduled dose ok? or do i only have a 6 hour window?

see i'm not crazy. it's following all of these idiotic direction which are making me crazy. i'm going to eat my cinnabun instead.
