research

while being informed about your illness and treatment is essential, it is also rather dangerous. In such a mood as I am in now it is easy to just give up on meds and treatment. you look at al of the theories and studies and you begin to wonder...

yesterday i read a study that theorized that SSRIs in particular may disturb the patient's ability to get to REM sleep. It made sense to me why during the hospital stay, everyone was prescribed something to knock you out at night. yeah i get how important sleep is and how without it i quickly decompensate.

it would explains why the exhaustion seems to be so severe.

I just woke up more tired than when i went to sleep. and i don't know how i am supposed to tell emotionally charged somatic symptoms from real physical problems.

ah well. maybe it will kill me and i can die a noble acceptable death and then everyone will be "happy" (being sarcastic--i only mean that no one will be disappointed in me for failing and committing suicide).
