i wrote this long "woe is me" post about my latest medical "mystery" in the ankles and feet that won't stop swelling. i went to the urgent care clinic last night and they tested my kidneys and they are ok. but as usual i leave with the answer "well sometimes it just happens."
but the reality is i made this bed with my weight and mental health and i won't get up. so i will lay in it, silently.
